MRM Diversity Consulting offers up to an hour and a half of free consultation – by phone or video conference – at the start of a new project or program. This is an opportunity for our potential client to describe their needs and discuss how we might tailor MRM Diversity Consulting services to meet these. Thereafter, consultation meetings lasting over 15 minutes will be billed. Project work that is largely logistical will be conducted by email.

About Our Sliding Fee Structure
We do our best to deliver high-quality programs that are affordable and accessible to groups large and small.
By the same token, we expect that the groups with whom we partner will respect and appropriately compensate the expertise and decades of experience we bring as researchers, public historians, speakers, authors, cross-cultural dialogue facilitators, teachers, program/project managers, and consultants.
In order to balance our desire to make our programs accessible to as many groups as possible while also ensuring we can earn a living doing this important work, we use a sliding fee structure based on organization type and size.
Our fees are not based on the number of participants in attendance. For business clients, the number of employees listed in the charts below reflects the overall business size, not the number of participants.
